Conduuit ("Conduuit," "we," "us," or "our") provides a software-as-a-service platform for building, publishing, and managing sales funnels. It applies to our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details.
- Content you create. Funnels, pages, text, images, brand settings, and other content you build or upload through the Service.
- Lead and visitor data. When visitors submit forms on funnels you publish, we store that submission data (such as names and email addresses) on your behalf. You are the controller of this data; we process it to provide the Service to you.
- Usage data. Information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests sent to our contact email.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including hosting and publishing your funnels;
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service, including service announcements and billing notices;
- Analyze usage to improve features, performance, and reliability;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell the lead data collected through your funnels.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function (for example, session cookies used for authentication). Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage patterns.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service.
5. Payment Processing
Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as transaction status and the last four digits of your card, to manage your subscription.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, payment processors (Stripe), and email delivery services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
- With your consent. In any other case, we will ask for your permission before sharing.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Lead data collected through your funnels is retained until you delete it or your account is closed.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information directly in your account settings, and you may exercise any of these rights by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision.
